I have always had a passion for designing areas and planning events. As a child, I would plan backyard tea parties and set the table to the nines. It's always been about connecting with people and providing the best event services. I attended Carson- Newman University graduating in 2012 in Interior Design & Consumer Services. I started planning all my friends' weddings right after and then my own in 2015. From then on, the rest is history.
Lindsey Mae Events & Designs was founded and our team has grown and expanded.
Being a small business owner has given me the best of both worlds, being a full-time mom… and a wedding and event planner. When I'm not planning weddings and arranging florals some of my favorite past times are. Being with my husbands and kids at the lake, reading a good book, doing a Barre class or going on a trip!

My journey began in my grandparents' greenhouses, where I developed a love for floral arrangements. This childhood passion evolved into a career, and I've had the pleasure of working with my friend Lindsey for 8 years.

Hey! I’m Racheal. I have been working in the event industry for about 12 years as a cosmetologist. I have traveled all over the country to style hair for special occasions, which sparked an interest in event coordinating.
I have known Lindsey for about 15 years now. We went to high school together, have always had mutual friends, have worked weddings together, and she is also a client of mine in the salon. After many conversations of me asking questions about Lindsey’s business, my interest in event coordinating quickly grew.
I love every aspect of planning someone’s perfect day! I particularly enjoy putting together flower arrangements and balloon arches. My creative mind loves to stay busy! When I’m not working, you can catch me traveling with my husband, spending time with my children, or serving at my church.
I truly believe I was put on this earth to serve others, and I have somehow managed to do that in every aspect of my life. It fills my heart with joy to make someone feel special, I’m a natural problem solver, and I’m loyal to a fault. I will stick by you through every stage of planning your event, so let’s get started!
Hi there! I’m Lauren. I’ve been working weddings with Lindsey for about 5 years. I first met Lindsey while I was a venue manager and she was coordinating a wedding at one of the venues I managed. We immediately hit it off and have been friends ever since.
Getting to work alongside Lindsey and the rest of the team is always entertaining! You’ll typically find us cracking jokes and making each other laugh while setting up events!
When I’m not working, you can find me at the lake, on the mountain or traveling with friends and family! I love pretty much anything outdoors, especially if it involves my husband and puppy dogs! I’m always ready for a new adventure so let’s get started planning!
